loved our stay in london! the location of the apartment was perfect - close to all the major streets and even within walking distance to buckingham palace. it was also surprisingly quiet on the small street. the apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at New West End Apartments By Indigo Flats. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Soho with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was adorable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The double doors between the living room and bedroom added a touch of charm. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver, and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Soho, making it easy to walk to all the tourist sites. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine, especially when traveling with kids. The kitchen facilities were good, although a bit bare. The shower had good water pressure, and there was a clothes hanger available for drying towels and clothing. Access to the apartment was excellent, with the option of using a code or keys. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider returning.
